Lille Axel

Axel Joachim Jensen er sønn av forfatter Axel Jensen og Marianne Ihlen.

Axel ble født i 1960 og vokste opp på Hydra, en gresk øy. Leonard Cohen blir Axels stefar fra veldig tidlig av.

En lykkelig barndom blir til vanskelige tenåringer, og i en alder av 19 år blir Axel innlagt på Gaustad psykiatriske sykehus i Oslo. Filmen er en reise gjennom Axels minne, med Axel selv som kaptein for historien.

Filmen er laget av Fabien Greenberg og Bård Rønning og produsert av Antipode Film.

A happy childhood turns into difficult teenage years, and at the age of 19 Axel is hospitalised at Gaustad psychiatric hospital in Oslo. The film is a journey through Axel’s memory, with Axel himself as the captain of the story.
